A Standard Cleaning maintains a lived-in home. A move-out cleaning is synonymous with an Initial Cleaning, except for a few optional add-ons such as inside empty cabinets and empty fridge. The move-out cleaning addresses areas previously blocked by items in the home.
Do you clean empty homes for move-in cleaning?
Yes. Move-in cleanings are done before you unpack. It's easier to address cabinets, drawers, floors, etc. while the home is still empty and areas are easier to address.
How long does a move-out cleaning take?
Like all of our cleanings, Sparkly prices flat-rate and stays until the cleaning scope is completed. Some cleaners are faster and some are slower. We never price or promise per cleaner, per hour. Our focus is completing the scope of the cleaning.
